Dr. Chow is an amazing doctor. He is compassionate and highly professional. He made sure I understood the pros and cons of the procedure. I was a little nervous and almost developed cold feet but he made sure I was comfortable. Post op recovery was just as he explained. Overall, I am very pleased with him and his expertise. I highly recommend him.
DO NOT USE Dr. Chow!!!! He And Rush Made Numerous Mistakes Before, During, And After My Kidney Surgery!!!! They Also Collapsed My Lung During Surgery And Then Lied To Me And My Family About All The Mistakes He Made!! They Also Mis-Medicated Me After Surgery And I Almost Died And Lost My Life!!!! The Nurses Are Not Trained About Anything And Should Be Removed From Handling Patients!! Be Forewarned!!!! Do Not Use Chow Or Rush!!! Go Somewhere Else For Proper Medical And Surgery Care..... ZERO RATING!

Dr. Chow was such a consummate professional through the entire experience I had with RUSH Urology. He is patient and understanding, walked me through a testicular cancer diagnosis with compassion and the willingness and ability to answer every question I had. I was in great hands all through surgery and recovery with Dr. Chow and the PAs he worked with. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Chow was very compassionate and took time to listen to my concerns. Upon my request, he used my phone to take videos of the ultrasound images and thoroughly explained the results so I could review everything even after the visit. I’ve never had a doctor, let alone a surgeon, take so much time to make sure I felt comfortable and fully understood my diagnosis.
