DR. Alexander Chen replaced DR. Jeffrey Yee. DR. Yee and Jaime Greene, NP treated me for more than seven years. DR. CHEN has big challenges regarding my health because I'm a Chiarian and nothing comes easy with my health. He has worked to provide the best pain management I've had I'm 59 years. I have Chiari and there's no cure only a surgery to halt progression of symptoms. I have DDD, several bulging disc's and Tarlov cysts on my spine. DR. Alexander Chen replaced DR. Jeffrey Yee. DR. Yee and Jaime Greene, NP treated me for more than seven years. DR. CHEN hasn't educated himself regarding my rare condition. He prescribed a medication and increased the dose by 5 mg. My insurance denied it. DR.Chen didn't follow through with a peer to peer with the insurance company. He reduced my medication back to what I was taking prior to the denial by my insurance and he completely denied me a medication I was previously taking. He has denied me Palliative Care services.... read more

Dr. Chen has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I absolutely adore him. I'm very sad that he's no longer practicing. I will miss him.
