Court appointed - Disrespectful, rude, late and condescending!! I'd ask for my money back IF I had paid him!! Thank goodness I didn't. I would NOT hire him for squat. If he were the last attorney in Calhoun County.

I was court appointed this intimate female hygiene product for a custody case in January, his office didnt contact me to let me know this until the last week of March, and told me I was scheduled a DNA test with labcorp at 8:30 last Friday. This man is just horrible, told us it would be $2000 and when everything was finished he went and got a judgement for another $3500. This man did nothing but make two visits and played on his phone in court. He is a total scam and cares nothing for the children, he just uses the family court system to scam people for money. If you want a lawyer for family court DO NOT get any lawyer from this area go to Birmingham, most know each other along with the judges. Update: My son contacted him, he now says the $2000.
