Dr A is an old school dentist, he handled my case from being to end. Temporary fix, root canal, crown. His needle technique made my injection almost completely painless. He is a master.
I had the worst experience at this dental office. From the moment the dentist walked in, I felt completely disregarded. As a new patient, I expected at least a brief introduction, but instead, he entered the room with his back turned and never introduced himself. There was no warmth or effort to make me feel comfortable. The X-rays were minimal—only two images of the back of my mouth—far less thorough than what I’ve experienced at other dental offices. Excellent doctor! I agree with his assessment and trust that he puts his patients first.
I had a very pleasant experience recently as a new patient: friendly and effective dental cleaning from the hygienist, good discussion with the dentist about future care that made me feel valued and did not feel rushed, and helpful support from the receptionist to get me scheduled for my follow-up visits. Will be back!
