I had my Hyundai ELANTRA towed to the dealership to have the positive terminal clamp shown in picture below replaced and if necessary for the battery to be replaced. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic charge of over $200 and I said that was not necessary as I knew what the problem was. It was the clamp in the picture.
