Alexei at Alexander Homes is a super guy who does super work. Hard working, pragmatic advice and super knowledgeable. Easily the best in Anchorage.
Went with Alexander Homes based on prior reviews and all the nice looking homes they built previously. They have a nice website and pics for sure. Even with all that, I’d recommend to save yourself a headache and go with another builder. Built a home 2020-2021 and still awaiting warranty work… no response yet… and that’s how it was throughout the build. My wife and I purchased our new home built by Alexander Homes in 2015. It was very energy efficient with no major issues. We knew it was a solid built home after the November 30th 7.1 quake that hit the area. Many homes in Eagle River sustained a lot of damage. Our home did not have any major issues and or damage. I would recommend Alexander Homes to anyone looking for a sold built home that can take the harshness of Alaska.
