We had the absolute best experience with Alexander Home Improvement. Marvin and his team were so professional and made the entire process so easy. We had issues with our Window Contractor and Marvin even completed their scope of work for us just to keep us on schedule. Marvin and his team were so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our house looks completely different and we couldn’t recommend them enough!!!
From start to finish Alexander Home Improvement went above and beyond. What initially sold me to proceed with this company was their office manager, Arnold Cruz. When we initially spoke, I explained that we are new to living in an incorporated village with construction regulations and he said not to worry. I compared multiple contractors and finally chose Alexander Home Improvement to replace my roof and 4 skylights.They are professional and the price is reasonable. The roof has the best warranty. Marvin is very confident and cheerful. In general, I am happy with whole job they did and recommend them.
I was very impressed with both the professionalism and quality of workmanship.I met Marvin who explained in detail about the work I needed done. He later sent me photos of work in progress. The whole job was completed and grounds cleared 24 hours after I signed the contract
We are extremely happy with the costumer service, expertise, and overall experience. Marvin responded promptly to provide a competitive quote and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was on site and the work was completed in one day. They also did a great job cleaning up. We would highly recommend Alexander Home Improvement and look forward to working with them again for siding in the future
