We have had such a wonderful experience! The office has been exceptional at working with a young child and are incredibly patient with all the things that come along with treating kids. Everyone is kind, approachable, and genuinely makes the experience feel comfortable rather than intimidating, which makes a big difference for a kid. Communication has also been excellent. We always feel informed about what to expect and comfortable asking questions. Highly recommend!
I got my braces a little later in life. The age of 48 in fact. The whole crew made the whole process painless, affordable, and convenient. And this is what is big time for me in a business such as this...everyone was in a good mood all the time. The energy in each office was fun and positive. I already miss all these guys and gals :-)
