Apartment switched from online payments to money orders the lady at the front told me they were having issues with the online next thing Ik they’re trying to charge me 5 thousand dollars saying I’ve made no payments the front desk even with the receipts they have don’t move here
I'm updating my 1 star review from 2 years ago as I don't think it properly depicts the current staff. I will give 5 stars here because of the combination of the staff and the pest control company they used. At times it was an inconvenience to me with my work schedule and the fact my location in the complex put me in the last apartment of the day for the pest control person. Just horrible! I was living in these houses for a year and I regret to even staying that long. I’ve reached out numerous times about the flooding that kept happening and the most they would do is just clean up the water and clog the pipes. My apartment smelled like a sewer and no matter how much products I used it stayed. The flood would go straight to my living room, my children’s room, hallway and the opening of my room. I have black mold in my supply closet that is by the house door, my children room had black mold also. ... read more
Sara is so helpful and nice so we're the tenants all nice too
I been living in this apt for 3 years. My review before was one star but I believe that when there is improvement I have to chage it. The new managmen are awsoem I'm happy to give 5 star. Special thank you to property manager Sara!
