Geoff is a competent, efficient and results driven engineer. He focuses on the client’s needs and works hard to meet the functional demands of the business. Would recommend to anyone.
A professional response would’ve considered what had already been written, not purposely misread it. What followed was a public rebuke and personal put-downs in front of a client — an unprofessional approach to what should’ve been a simple pricing discussion. I won’t work with this firm again.
