Dr. Gnoy treated me for an ear infection in Dr. Burstein's absence. He was professional, friendly, and assisted me in a timely fashion. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent ENT specialist. The staff that I have interacted with on this visit, as well as many previous visits always present a professional, friendly and helpful demeanor, which includes instances of phone conversations.
