I like the providers, especially Cameron, Dr. Singh’s PA, but the operations could use some improvement. I see a lot of administrative waste, and the front desk and check out associates do not seem to enjoy their job at all. For a place that serves folks during difficult periods, and probably often end of life, I’d like to see it be more warm and welcoming.
