Pretty pleased with their service. I called about an outlet that randomly stopped working. They came out the next day and were able to find a loose connection in the outlet which they fixed. They also looked at a different outlet that had been malfunctioning and got it working again. It was something like $115. The secretary online said it's basically $115 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum charge, and that they charge by the half hour after the first hour. Can't say enough good things about our experiences with Alexander Electric. We've had them out twice - once to install a new outlet and once to fix some old wiring, and they are always on time, personable, and affordable. Each time Alexander Electric has taken a stressful situation and resolved it quickly, respectfully, and affordably. Highly recommend!

Spoke with receptionist about a small job locally needing assistance testing a bad data line that we were needing help looking at. She got back with me with nothing but: “I spoke with our manager, and we are going to have to pass” With no explanation or guidance on who we could go to for this. We’ve worked with them in the past, and they were delayed with communications and pricey. I’m sure they do great work, when they feel like it.
