We have felt with Alexander Self Storage since Hurricane Helene hit the Augusta area. The entire process was great from the day after the hurricane until we were completely able to move out 10 months later. Everything was first class! Clean, safe, climate control was consistent, and staff was easy to work with. I can't recommend this storage facility enough!

Moved to Augusta from out of state for work and had to downsize a lot to a smaller apartment for a year and needed a small unit where I could trust my belongings would be safe and secure and not get damaged by the weather. Amazing quality temperature controlled storage units for a great price. Sandy and the crew were very welcoming and always would answer back quickly with any questions/concerns I might have had.
