I bought a vehicle from CDJR of Albertville, and just 62 days later, it completely failed its emissions test. When I brought it back to the dealership, they refused to help and told me the issue isn’t covered. A reputable dealership should stand behind the vehicles they sell, especially when a major compliance issue pops up so shortly after purchase. Refused to do warranty work on a brand new jeep. They looked me in the eye and told me I broke an interior cable on a new wrangler door that wouldn’t let me open my door and it was not in fact a manufacturer issue. Jeep had less than 2k miles, and doors were clearly never removed.
Took our 2024 Chrysler Pacifica in as the battery was dead after just 2 months of replacement under warranty, first time was the auxiliary battery, now the main, so this time I checked everything when I got home and this is what I found. Negative on battery not hooked up, cap and insulation on auxiliary not put back. And the Bolt on battery hold down, not tight, just sitting there. Also had to clean the door jambs as there was greasy shoe prints all over.
After shopping several dealerships and negotiating on multiple vehicles, I can honestly say that CDJR of Albertville was a completely different experience. Working with Tim Smith was refreshing. He was straight-forward, straight-shooting, and there was absolutely no BS. There were no games, no last-minute surprises, no pressure tactics, and no wasting my time.
