Don't, just say no! I thought this was a good spot to take our vehicle's to get fixed. Well they took my 80 year old mom for over 2k and left her with the same problem she took it to them for. I don't know who the man on the phone was, but he told my mom its because her car is old. I didn't want to upset my mom so I just listened. I'm like, so they can only fix new cars? We were greeted by Walker, didn't get his last name. But he was very sweet, not pushy and very professional. Let us look at the cars at our pace. We found two we like and we drove both. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on them with the price. But we will go back if we find something else.

Coming from TN for a trade in. Tried talking to Phillip Walker on the phone (handles all out of state sales supposedly) would not even give me the time of day. He was very unprofessional and didn’t even try to make a deal or give options to help. Probably the worst customer service I’ve seen from a “salesman”
I just got my Wrangler back from special repairs and service. This was the best service support I ever received from a dealership. Jill, the service representative, went beyond what was expected to ensure the customer support was extraordinary. I plan to use this dealership for future services.
