Took our 2024 Chrysler Pacifica in as the battery was dead after just 2 months of replacement under warranty, first time was the auxiliary battery, now the main, so this time I checked everything when I got home and this is what I found. Negative on battery not hooked up, cap and insulation on auxiliary not put back. And the Bolt on battery hold down, not tight, just sitting there. Also had to clean the door jambs as there was greasy shoe prints all over.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place! Yes the sales person was very responsive at first, after purchase of several thousands, he will not respond, when you pay thst much for a vehicle you would expect a radio to work. Found with in about 2 weeks they did do a flash on it but still failed to fix the issue, now they want thousands more to fix a radio in a vehicle I just paid thousands for! Don't, just say no! I thought this was a good spot to take our vehicle's to get fixed. Well they took my 80 year old mom for over 2k and left her with the same problem she took it to them for. I don't know who the man on the phone was, but he told my mom its because her car is old. I didn't want to upset my mom so I just listened. I'm like, so they can only fix new cars? We were greeted by Walker, didn't get his last name. But he was very sweet, not pushy and very professional. Let us look at the cars at our pace. We found two we like and we drove both. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on them with the price. But we will go back if we find something else.
