A week ago I sent an email to Alexander to get much needed dental work started. I promptly received an automated-reply that they had received my email and would contact me promptly. After several days I went to their website and submitted an appointment request. Again, right away I got an automated-reply that they had received my request for a 11/24/2020 appt.
