Dr. Alexander is very thorough. He is kind and compassionate, ensuring you are not feeling pain during a procedure. Explains findings of x rays and examinations in a way that you can understand. They did a great job with my procedure!
The staff is wonderfuly delightful.. Everything was explained in detail during the examination and the Doctor was totally compassionate...
After my first visit, when police showed up looking for one of their staff members, I should of took my business elsewhere. I got played for a fool when they told me that that I still had insurance coverage, coming to find out I have a very large bill at the end of all the appointments they made when all work was done then they tell me at the end,! Just left his office after giving in to the pain of an infected tooth. Went in a nervous wreck. Instead of rushing right into root canal, he said it was best if I wasn't in so much pain first. Prescribed meds and scheduled follow up.
I have used Dr. Alexander for several years and am completely satisfied with the level of care from the doctor and staff.
I needed a new dentist following my insurance plan change. Dr. Alexander was friendly, easy to talk to and patient with all my questions about what I was needing, wanting and answering anything. His team was courteous, helpful. Choosing one option over implants, I had my work done there and when I had to go back for follow-ups he was very nice and took no time in taking care of my problem.
