BEWARE. I hired Alexander Custom homes to build our home because they seemed to have a nice model. Gill, the salesmen was wonderful to deal with and the pleasure seemed to stop there! The super "JT" or Jack Trembal is the brother in law of Mark Alexander. JT can design a beautiful home however is not suited to be a super on any project. The subcontractors were allowed to basically put forward whatever quality of work they felt like. I would bring this up to JT which seemed to fall on deaf ears.
