Filed bankruptcy chapter 11. Took money from customers day after filing chapter 11, and didn't say a word about being in chapter 11 bankruptcy. Stay away from this builder.
I just want to say these people are rude. 4 years ago I was just starting the home building process and was calling around to different builders. When I called and spoke with a gentleman, I said what I was looking for and what my starting budget was. He was snarky and said "We are a custom home builder". I said I knew this and just wanted some floor plans and a price sheet to build on my lot. I had already spoken to several custom builders in the area that were well within my budget.
