loving this service department, quick and simple came in for routine oil service, had to wait, was in and out in a hour, truck washed even vacuumed the inside. could not be a better experience than you love coming to Alexander simi valley GMC my old dealer that i used to go to would have taken 4 hours
Alexander GMC’s service department is absolutely top-tier. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate you, communicate clearly, and make the whole process as smooth as possible. Honestly, it’s probably the best service department I’ve ever dealt with. It’s impressive and deserves real recognition. On the other hand, the sales department has been the complete opposite, and unfortunately it’s still one of the worst experiences I’ve had, as I mentioned in my previous review.
