Dr. Brothers has a kind and relaxed demeanor, and good eye contact with you. Overall, I’ve been impressed with NEOS, very efficient in setting up dates and appointments for all aspects connected with surgery. Huge practice (small offices have vanished) knowledgeable, supportive staff, I’m moving forward in getting a THR. So far, I feel comfortable with NEOS.
