I am a cancer patient. Dr. Bautista put in a pain pump so my pain would be controlled. Pain is NOT controlled. I’m in extreme pain. Dr Bautista would NOT give me an injection. He will not take out pain pump. I’m over his lack of concern. I can’t get any relief because of pain pump. I am getting a new pain management team. This one SUXS!

Absolutely ridiculous to be allowed to run out of meds month after month. Despite the pharmacy faxing, and my messages through MyChart that never get answered. The office staff is rude and absolutely lazy. I've again been out of my meds for over two weeks. (Lyrica) (Muscle relaxer). No answer still after days of calling and begging to get relief. At this point I can't even move well. Also calling in will gets you connected to the must uneducated and incompetent people, who are basically going to ask you to do their job.
Amazing doctor who listens and is realistic
DR Bautista has ALWAYS been there for me. I think he is a kind caring doctor.
