I would not recommend these apartment staff rude . Entering inside your apartment without proper notice but yet ask for a feedback when I wasn’t even given notice of an inspection ? Beeping noise in the breezeway . Guys in the staircase smoking. Waited months before I received a mailbox key .
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASSEEEEEEE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE IM WARNING YOU! this is the most toxic environment i’ve ever been in. The lady is so rude she WILL be rude to you after moving there!! Maintenance men are NEVER on top of their work but will tow your cars without notice, no notice inspections at any time of the day, cars breaking, trash compartment piling, gates work on and off, customer service SUCKS!! DO NOT MOVE HERE ! If you want to deal with pests, piled trash compartment, cars getting towed or stolen or broken in, and your unit is not in good condition this is the place. Please do not move here the agents are rude and inconsiderate. This is unacceptable PS if you’re reading this five stars review please don’t because they either JUST moved in or the agents tell you to make a review after touring and renting the apartment without seeing the reality of this apartment and dealing with the agents for a while
This place is disgusting. Management confirmed mold in my unit and then did nothing for over three months. No repairs. No urgency. No accountability. Living with mold is a health hazard, and they clearly don’t care about residents’ safety. If you value your health, do not move here.
Multiple attempts have been made to contact this property about paying past due invoices to no avail. Dominium will only transfer you to voice mails with no return calls and fail to respond to emails. VENDORS BEWARE
