I would not recommend these apartment staff rude . Entering inside your apartment without proper notice but yet ask for a feedback when I wasn’t even given notice of an inspection ? Beeping noise in the breezeway . Guys in the staircase smoking. Waited months before I received a mailbox key.Entering resident without proper notice. One nasty attitude after another.New management & maintenance seem like every other month
Malik made the application process a breeze. He was very efficient and proactive which made the approval process quick and easy. He also took the time to listen to my location preferences and find the unit that would work best for me. I’m looking forward to my move in.

POOR MANAGEMENT AND UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS The worst renting experience of my life. The office staff acts actively hostile toward residents who walk in asking for standard repairs. The entire complex is severely neglected—appliances fail constantly, maintenance requests sit untouched for over a month, and staff members literally laugh off tenant concerns. Save your health, money, and sanity: do not sign a lease with these people
