I've lived in this building for six months and things have gone well for the most part. The thing that mostly irritates me, is that there is NO water pressure or hot water and if anyone else in the building runs water, it turns extremely cold. I've heard rumors that the water heaters will be replaced, but have heard nothing about this from the main office.
