Can’t understate what a relief this is: there’s almost no noise transfer between apartments. It’s one of the reasons I moved in and I’m glad it worked out. Responsive maintenance staff, quiet street, good light for plants, close to many cafes and gyms in the neighborhood. Building feels lived in and relaxed. Units are comfortable but a little small. 3 months in at Alexander Apartments, very pleased with the helpfulness and friendliness of the team, the location, the building — I thought it would be noisier but the building is sound proofed well. While I’ve had only one need for maintenance support — they were speedy with quality work.
Very attentive and friendly management! Quick and responsive maintenance staff. Highly recommend Alexander Apartments.
