Stay Away Stay away from this real estate management! As a home owner who has been using them for the last 2 years I have found them to be utterly non responsive and rude when they do respond. Stay AWAY ! I have been complaining about a neighbor who has been literally renovating his apartment since he moved in 4 years ago. It’s weird of course but I have only complained because he paints and varnishes on the weekends and in the evenings when my family is home!! The managing agent does nothing. Never use their company.One person operation I’ve been trying to contact Alexander Anderson for the last 6 months,asking to solve the issue with my overpaying water and maintenance bills ,got only in respond “we will fix the issue and call you back”.Please,avoid using their services,they are never available,they are never at the office except their receptionist,they do not answer emails,they keep rescheduling appointments making up stories about some kind of emergencies.
