2nd issue (May 2026) I noticed gurgling sounds when using the washer and flushing the toilet, so I called Alexander and Sons again. Joe quickly figured out that the issue was likely caused by my old PRV. A few days later, he came back to replace it, and the work took only about 30 minutes. We had worsening problems of drippage from the shower head in our master bathroom and needed to have the cartridge replaced Aaron and his assistant Trayvon arrived at the promised time and completed the cartridge replacement in about 30 minutes, minimizing the time that our water was shut off.
