Called Alexander and Sons Plumbing with an unexpected and serious plumbing issue. They exceeded my expectations in response time and performed the repair quickly and professionally. The entire crew at Alexander and Sons plumbing and HVAC continues to be an absolute joy to deal with. I made a call in the morning and they were able to take immediate action to assess the problem and turns out the pipes froze. They quickly instituted the corrective action and today the problem has been fixed. They take pride in their trade, their business, and maintained communication with me through the process. A top notch organization focused on solutions and the customer. They have earned my trust and confidence.

Integrity issue! I did not use their services, but my wife's car was damaged when a large section of PVC pipe, which should have been secured, fell out of one of their trucks and damaged her grill. We contacted them repeatedly to get reimbursed for the repair, but they ignored our requests. Based on this behavior, I would never consider hiring them.

Went through our insurance and they referred us to this company. After four times of them saying they will show up, they never did. So I contacted insurance company and went with someone else. Update: In response to the company’s reply to me, my claim was denied because I called the insurance company and told them to cancel the claim as this company never shows up.
