We had worsening problems of drippage from the shower head in our master bathroom and needed to have the cartridge replaced Aaron and his assistant Trayvon arrived at the promised time and completed the cartridge replacement in about 30 minutes, minimizing the time that our water was shut off.

I recently had a water issue at home and noticed stains on the ceiling and floor below. I called Alexander and Sons, and Joe came out to help. I had already found that the leak was coming from the upstairs shower drain. Joe brought a new drain just in case, but after taking a closer look, he realized it was simply a gasket issue. He replaced the gasket, which saved me a lot of money. Joe was not only honest and knowledgeable, but also hilarious—he made the whole experience much less stressful.
