Nice Lounge area!
I’ve been holding back writing a review because I still live here but we have been robbed TWICE in the last few months and it’s been treated like it’s somehow our responsibility to keep thieves out of the building. You know it’s bad when the police make comments about the building’s security and say that the building management has been difficult to work with. This apartment community is stunning and set right in the middle of a super cool walkable village like area. Customer service is 5 STAR!!!
Everytime I move to a new apartment, the thing I look for the most, besides location, is customer service. The leasing staff, to be more specific. Are they good people? [Side note: I run a business called Say It With Gratitude so I'm pretty much obsessed with gratitude and appreciation.] And I can without a doubt say that my favorite part about living at Alexan Uptown is the leasing staff.
