Jake Vasquez gave me an amazing tour. Left out no details and made sure to answer any questions I had. Very helpful and I can tell the community loves him. Would highly recommend if you have any questions or you need a walkthrough. 10/10 across the board.
This apartment is the best, from the ladies and gentlemen upfront to the maintenance crew and all others in between they are the best, the property and it's people are thoughtfully taken care of and it shows thank you to all of you for making Alexan feel like home!

It's a 5-star apartment. We've lived here for more than a year, and this has been our best living experience in AZ. We were the first tenants to our unit, so everything was brand new and shiny. You could tell they were luxurious. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone who has the right budget. Yes, you pay extra $235-$400 fee on top of your base rent, depending on if you have pets. We have two cats, so that's $110/mo pet rent. I have liked living in this apartment for the most part. Just last week, management informed us the free coffee area we have had open access to is now changed to a paid amenity. When we toured this place in July, we were told we'd get open access to free coffee at the shared espresso machine. Switching this mid-lease with very little notice to the residents feels wrong to those who signed when it was free. They switched it to 10 free a month then up to $3 per cup after that and gave us a one week notice of this change.
