Love living here! The staff and facilities are fantastic, and I’ve had a great experience overall. My only complaint is the resident app. Some of the neighbors with too much time use it daily to report the smallest issues—a water bottle left on the sidewalk, someone playing music at the pool in daytime, residents without electric vehicles complaining that 1/6 charging spots are occupied overnight without active charging. I've lived at Alexan Tempe for a while now, and my honest take is that it's a decent place in a great location, but there are a few things prospective residents really should know before they sign. Three stars feels fair to me. The good stuff is genuinely good, but some of the frustrations are real and worth talking about. My daughter has lived here for 2 years and we are so thankful to be able to find a great deal so she was able to move into a 1 bedroom (prior she was in a 3 bedroom). After looking at over 15 different apartments we kept comparing to Alexan Tempe. Thank you to the amazing staff specifically Jake and Lauren we were able to move her in this weekend. Great staff, above and beyond customer service and as a parent we feel like our daughter is safe ! Thank you Alexan Tempe team from the office to all the maintenance team!
