It's a 5-star apartment. We've lived here for more than a year, and this has been our best living experience in AZ. We were the first tenants to our unit, so everything was brand new and shiny. You could tell they were luxurious. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone who has the right budget. Yes, you pay extra $235-$400 fee on top of your base rent, depending on if you have pets. We have two cats, so that's $110/mo pet rent. This complex is the best one compared to the other complexes. Taz, Cara, and Kyndall have been very helpful and this is more safe and secure and clean. Thank you for helping Liza Wilbirt with everything. I would recommend the Alexan Tempe to anyone looking for an apartment. Taz, and Kyndall have helped me all the way through my application process and they have walked me through everything I needed help with over the phone.Everyone deserves a raise. This was one of my best tour experiences. The complex itself is absolutely beautiful with more amenities than you can count. What really sets this place apart is their staff. Tash gave us an amazing tour and answered all of our questions. She didn't rush us, she was happy to show us around and very knowledgeable. We have already applied for the apartment as I write this review. 6/5 Stars if I could.
