This place is AMAZING! Not only do we love these apartments but their team has been great, especially one person. Kara has been a professional, responsive, and always attentive to every detail. Her communication is top-notch, and she efficiently handles any issues that arise. Kara’s expertise has made my move in process easy and stress-free. So happy to be here!!!
Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can you book an appointment, show up to the appointment and you’re told they can’t show you due to another person being booked at the same time..!!! No prior notice or apologies for inconvenience. What if we had travelled hundreds of miles to come see the apartment? . The lady at the front desk was so rude, condescending and nonchalant! Living at the Alexan Tempe has been the best experiences I’ve had while renting. The leasing team is very friendly and welcoming. The Alexan maintenance team are very helpful and friendly. Sam & José are very responsive and respectful when caring for our maintenance needs. They always provided us with the best service and are always willing to lend a hand. We loved living at the Alexan Tempe! It’s a wonderful place to call home.
