I've lived at Alexan Tempe for a while now, and my honest take is that it's a decent place in a great location, but there are a few things prospective residents really should know before they sign. My daughter has lived here for 2 years and we are so thankful to be able to find a great deal so she was able to move into a 1 bedroom (prior she was in a 3 bedroom). After looking at over 15 different apartments we kept comparing to Alexan Tempe. Thank you to the amazing staff specifically Jake and Lauren we were able to move her in this weekend. Great staff, above and beyond customer service and as a parent we feel like our daughter is safe ! Thank you Alexan Tempe team from the office to all the maintenance team!
I had an excellent experience working with Lauryn Childress at Alexan! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly. I highly recommend working with Lauryn Childress if you’re considering making Alexan your new home. She made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable!
This is by far the worst place to live. The staff and management are extremely rude, unprofessional, and always try to avoid taking responsibility for any issue. If you have a problem, don’t expect them to solve it—they simply don’t care. At one point, we were threatened by a mentally unstable neighbor living downstairs, who even pulled a knife on us.
