security deposit rip off We lived here for two and a half years. We had most of our repairs fixed and really only moved out because we wanted to live closer to work. Alexan Sommerall is built cheaply They are nice apartments with nice amenities, not to mention reasonable. On the other hand, you can hear your neighbor when they use the bathroom, have a seemingly private conversation, listen to their music, walk from room to room. Even being on the top floor doesn't guarantee that you won't be awaken from your sleep due to loud neighbors. Heck, neighbors just living their everyday life for that matter.
