Leaks came in, and the air conditioning was completely out for a month in the middle of June. That meant standing water and heavy humidity, which was never properly addressed. Do not move here. Diamond and Keilei will be nice to you on your tour and when you move in but as soon as you have any issues with the property, all of a sudden they can’t communicate. My apartment flooded while I was out of town due to an apartment above me and I had to keep calling the front desk to get any information on what was happening. If I could give zero stars I would.
I felt racially discriminated against when I lived here. Horrible property management. Plenty of false accusations and ridiculous charges when you attempt to move out. these people are thieves, and the property is dangerous. Do not rent here !
