UPDATE NOW THAT IVE MOVED OUT: Even though they include a ~$70 “LeaseLock” fee PER MONTH that was allegedly for incidentals once you move out, they’re now saying I made over $700 worth of damages to my apartment. I was featured on Apartment Therapy. I now have people from Paul’s HOUNDING ME weekly, and then getting verbally aggressive because I’m angry whilst explaining that mold, being robbed, and retaliation from the complex isn’t enough to get the charges dropped. Living here feels like starring in a reality show called “How Much Can You Tolerate?” The elevator is a running joke—it’s out of service more than it’s operational. If you live above the second floor, congratulations, you’ve unknowingly signed up for daily stair climbs. Hope your knees are ready. The units? Mediocre at best. My dishwasher has been dead on arrival since move-in. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance tickets, but at this point, it’s just a glorified cabinet. A kitchen prop.
