I move in here on the end of march of 2026 everything seems to be fine. But when I move in the apartment wasn't completely ready. The carpet was buried dirty. The. Refrigerator was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and so is the floor to make things worse. Refrigerator is now working properly both of the elevators of now working. Where to start. 1. The elevators are always down. 2. The garage door often stops working. 3. Fire alarms went off the first 3 months into me living here for hours at a time. 4. Wasp infestation at all amenity areas. 5. GIANT roaches outside (some inside). 6. Do not enforce residents to pick up after pets so outside is covered in feces. 7. The owner of this property Clear Capital LLC is the reason this property is a terrible place to live. The main elevator by the leasing office has been down for about 3 months now. It’s the only elevator that does not require a fob to use so it’s the only one visitors or deliveries can use. The reason it hasn’t been repaired? They do not want to pay for the $12,000 repair bill. My experience here began well but towards the end, it’s become unpleasant and intolerable. As others have mentioned previously, management will definitely blatantly ignore you when they do not want to deal with an issue you’re having. I’ve communicated several times about disruptive neighbors which have now become carelessly dismissed despite evidence being given per their request. This has been, without a doubt, the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Since moving in, my apartment has flooded multiple times. To make matters worse, management never replaced the damaged baseboards in my living room after the flooding. Appliances constantly break, and when they do, the office provides conflicting information about repairs with little to no sense of urgency.
