The apartment has a lot going for it but there is a bunch that doesn’t as well. I have lived here for the past 8 months and here is the pros and cons: Pros: - Apartment as such is very safe initially there was a problem with the gate being open but they replace it and now it is always working - Apartments are well maintained and clean with big windows a lot of light and has good views. - Maintenance staff is very helpful and super helpful Cons: - Big ticket items take long time to repair - the elevators and downs 70% of the ... read more

My experience living at this property has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. While the location is convenient and desirable, the overall living conditions and management practices have made it an unsafe and poorly maintained environment.
