I’ve had a great experience living here and am sad to be leaving! I toured a lot of apartments in midtown before moving in and I’m very happy that I chose Alexan on 8th. Likes: - Beautiful kitchen & bathroom fixtures - Proximity to Publix - 6 hour free visitor parking - Good gym & amenities - A+ maintenance team (Kelvin & Rodney) - Leasing office staff. *Edited: 03/23: A couple more things I forgot to mention on my earlier comment, the garage gate concerns mentioned in several reviews—they are still valid. While the current gate may prevent cars from entering, anyone can easily walk in because the roll up is either broken or inexistent. It raises serious safety concerns, especially when you think about who could be lingering near your car in the morning. I invite you to check it out yourself. What an amazing experience touring with Jovi! She was more than accommodating! The building is gorgeous, clean, and in an amazing part of Midtown Atlanta.
