Management is horrible, they don't value their residents. 0/10 don't recommend.
RecommendedThis is a great community overall, and the perfect location nestled in the Buckhead Area. My only draw back was the lack of communication early on in the moving process (with previous employees). Since I have moved in, the new staff did what they could to fix all the issues.

Best place to live! The people here are so nice. The staff always gets back to me when I have a problem or question. And you can’t beat the location

Did not have a great experience here. Management is definitely friendly but not helpful when needed the most. They delay their messaging often and sometimes will send it post effect. One example is the they sent an email at 11:30am saying office will be closed from 11am - 1pm that day, giving no time to let dog walkers know of the change. They also don’t accommodate emergencies about your pets. My wife and I flew home for a wedding in the north east and had a dog sitter. You have keep following up with the front office to get any kind of response. The old staff was much better at communication, and acted like the genuinely wanted to help.
I love this place! My friends apartment here is gorgeous and makes me want to move here!
There are so many good things about this apartment, but the KITCHENS, the kitchens are to die for!
