I highly recommend them. Our unit broke down in the middle of winter, and they did their best to ensure my family didn't suffer through the extreme cold we've had this year. They are wonderful people who not only do their job but go the extra mile. They do a wonderful job.
Alex is very professional and responded so quickly when I called. He did a very good job of fixing our furnace issue.
We needed a new heat pump system and decided to have two mini split units installed at the same time. Franklin responded quickly to my call and came to our house the next day to provide an estimate. Franklin has superior skill and expertise and was superb in the execution of the installation. He was respectful of our property, arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the work. I highly recommend Alexair for their exceptional high quality performance!
I called Alexair at 2:45 PM, and they arrived promptly at 3:20 PM. They fixed my AC quickly and efficiently. The price was fair, and their communication was excellent throughout the process. I appreciated that they wore shoe covers and clearly knew what they were doing. As a woman, I often worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs, but I felt they were honest and fair. I’ll absolutely use them again in the future!.
He came by the same day and fixed my condensate drain fast! Very nice guy, I definitely recommend him and will hit him up next time I have any HVAC needs!
