I have been taking my pets to Lakecross collectively for 23 years. I have 3 dogs the oldest 14 who has been cared for by Lakecross for his entire life. There have been a few issues over the years that I have overlooked but this year I was extremely disappointed with the way Dr Hammer examined my 14 year old dog. Not a good first impression. I waited two weeks and never received a response to either my first or second email. Prompt communication is important to me, so I won’t be using this place for my pets if simple contact form emails aren’t answered.
Excellent care of my kitty who was going through the T4 treatment, calls from them everyday with updates. Kind and wonderful people! Highly recommend them for any service but especially the T4 treatment.
Update: Well, things have certainly changed. I took a new puppy here, and over 18 months, the prices went higher and higher. There were diagnostic mistakes (forgot to communicate with the doctor when test results came in), communication mistakes(too many), and medication mistakes( wrong monthly medicine dispensed), and after 18 months, they were still getting his name wrong.
