I felt like a new person after my massage. I was sitting up straighter and felt lighter afterward. I had a recent surgery and Alexa took great care to work around the spot while being able to offer a great deal of relief. Additionally, she made sure to check in throughout to make sure I was comfortable and that it was a safe space for me.
Alexa was exactly what I was looking for. She is highly professional, very well versed in lymphatic drainage massage and willing to take the time needed to explain or to answer questions. She is gentle and easily communicates what she is doing. I learned a lot and consider her part of my plan to stay healthy. The massage worked WONDERS, my edema is gone and as a bonus I am enjoying pain free joints. I will be returning regularly.
Alexa not only did an amazing job during my massage, but also took the time to teach me some new stretches in hopes to prevent further pain. My massage appointment was so relaxing. I’ve been looking for someone to address my back pain. After my first massage I finally feel some relief and cannot wait for the next one!
Just had my first (of more to come!) massage with Alexa yesterday. Communication from the time of scheduling through the time of my appointment was very clear. Throughout the entire session, I felt very comfortable, respected, and safe. Alexa was very intentional and present. I have a background as a physical therapist and it was very clear that Alexa has a deep understanding of the body and she is very skilled and knowledgable! Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and talented. She has a caring demeanor and made me feel comfortable and informed during my post op lymphatic massage. She even sent me home with some techniques that I apply myself in between sessions..
