Just had my first (of more to come!) massage with Alexa yesterday. Communication from the time of scheduling through the time of my appointment was very clear. Throughout the entire session, I felt very comfortable, respected, and safe. Alexa was very intentional and present. I have a background as a physical therapist and it was very clear that Alexa has a deep understanding of the body and she is very skilled and knowledgable! Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and talented. She has a caring demeanor and made me feel comfortable and informed during my post op lymphatic massage. She even sent me home with some techniques that I apply myself in between sessions..

Alexa is extremely skilled. Her years of experience were evident in her technique, and all the extra touches. She utilized hot towels, joint supports, an adjustable height table, heated table, and guided relaxation and breathing to enhance the massage. The studio decor was soothing with lovely background music. Booking was easy, and pre and post appointment communication were flawless. One of my best practitioner experiences.
Alexa Peden is attentive and caring in her treatment. Being a massage therapist, I tend to be very picky. It was so nice to have an in dept massage from a therapist that gives her all. Cant wait for my next session!!
