Alexa was great! She seemed to genuinely care about our son and took the time to reassure us. 1st time i have ever walked out of an urgent care feeling like it was a good experience.
Alexa was beyond amazing. As a mother, it’s so important you feel heard and understood with a sick child. We appreciated her and all staff members at this location. We would go to her again and again. She took the time to check my child and addressed everything so I would not go home and worry. Thank you Alexa and team.
Alexa was amazing to our little one! She was thorough, caring, and up to date on our little one's medical history. I am sad to see her go when promedica gets rid of the urgent for kids in perrysburg.
