Dang Dr Y…did you know your staff doesn’t even answer calls? Everything goes to VM and no return call x 3 messages! I’m a retired RN of many, many years and I’m glad I got the red flag before I even went there. WTH?!? Do better (or not). Considering going to this office? Think twice.
Very very HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid this place . They charging you cash plus charging your insurance. When you try to understand why they doing that they very rude answer to questions.
Terrible clinic, staff and doctor. Such doctors have no place in the clinic! They only work to get the client to give more money. I was scheduled for surgery, the cost was not announced, and they didn’t want to talk about the diagnosis either. I asked them to write the official diagnosis on paper, but they refused! Why? How can you have an operation without knowing the diagnosis and how much does it cost? I persuaded them to give me a photo of my leg, and they wrote that I had a problem with my LEFT leg.
