When getting my home loan I worked with a team in D.C. and they were wonderful. I have since sold my condo and went through their special loans team for loan assumption. My loan process was handled by a team outside of D.C. in the midwest, and there are no words for how painful they made the process. They refuse to take phone calls. They refuse to give you an email for the employee handling your loan. You will only receive an org box email that is maybe checked once every other day.
