Omg Amazing customer service, the FOOD WAS THE BOMB�������
Went for dinner Saturday afternoon, it wasn't busy. Sat for 45 minutes waiting for our food. The appetizer was served at the same time as the meal. The waitress was polite, but even she didn't have a reasonable answer for the wait. The guy who runs the kitchen is rude and hostile. He screams at the staff without any regard for customers. The food was mediocre. The crab balls came with an aoli that wasn't even edible... Just horrible tasting. Fish and chips cost $14 and amount to a pile of fries with 4 tiny chunks of fish. I am from the south so seafood is a big deal to me. The butterfly shrimp, the seafood bisque, and the crab cakes were freakin incredible. Ive never had crab cakes like that ever!!! And Barbara was A1!
I was wondering I was there and I got some of the crabs on the way back from Virginia on Route 13 do you guys Next Day Air ship to Connecticut
I always have a great meal..the crab fries are full of crab !
The seafood bisque is amazing the waitress was good, and made up for the drink girl. The crabby fries are great, and the steamed platter was awesome. I recommend Alex's highly.
