This company contacted me to schedule an appraisal for my refinance mortgage with Rocket Loans. I was surprised when they informed me of their Covid requirements that no one was allowed in the house while they were conducting their review and that I would have to wait out in the driveway. Even with masks on, I would not be allowed to be in my house in a different room. The state only requires 6 ft spacing between people.
