Dr. Rangchi himself is lovely… Mild mannered. Makes you feel comfortable soft spoken. Communicative. I decided to use his dentist practice on the referral of a friend. That said, every possible interaction with the office was just a total debacle. First appointment I went for and it took something like three phone calls and voicemails left, to get a call back. I have been going to Dr. Rangchi for about 4-5 years and have had only positive experiences there. Besides regular cleanings, I've gotten a night guard, have had one or two fillings, and am in the process of getting my first crown now. Dr. Rangchi has always been patient, friendly, and has taken the time to explain procedures and options. Because he's tried to curve his rating by having multiple fake accounts rate him at a 5 star, I've decided to follow up and post another real review. This dentist is a con man and charlatan. He will try to upsell you his personal brand products to make extra cash. He will try to scare you and tell you that your teeth are worse than they really are just so he can charge you more and then charge your insurance for a more expensive procedure.
