My personal experience with Alex (owner) is similar to dealing with an hysterical woman. There is no reasoning with him and he has such a high pitched voice as if he is screaming like a little girl. Nails on a blackboard. Alex appears to have absolutely no respect for women and if you are a woman who has an issue with him he will threaten you and lie about you harassing him. Love this company, Alex pool was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend any pool owners to give him a call.
Simply great company. great staff, very professional, knowledgeable, honest and professional. Glad I contacted them. They came over and quickly pinpointed our heater and automated system issue and quoted us a fair price and replied it in a very timely matter and problem is solved. Thank you Mr. Alex
They do not stand behind their work. I had a new pool pump installed 11-28-2019, the pipes they installed to pump are leaking 6 months later. I have been advised that the work or the pump are no longer under warranty. Stay away from this company.
