My personal experience with Alex (owner) is similar to dealing with an hysterical woman. There is no reasoning with him and he has such a high pitched voice as if he is screaming like a little girl. Nails on a blackboard. Alex appears to have absolutely no respect for women and if you are a woman who has an issue with him he will threaten you and lie about you harassing him.
