Fantastic work. We bought our home last July and knew the flashing around the chimney was in need of some work. We inspected it last week after all the storms and realized there was a lot of damage. Alex came out last week and the very next day after, they repaired our section, sealed the stucco, replaced the flashing and replaced the tiles around it and used the proper hardware to make sure it was correct.

Had to get my roof replaced, and Alex was fantastic. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, but he was patient with my request for about 5 different quotes (whole roof, partial roof, etc), he was great explaining to me his recommendations, and I never felt pressured. The cost was very reasonable (especially given his long workmanship warranty), and he was considerate of my budget. He was able to get his crew started quickly too, which was great. The roof looks great, and when it's windy the whole house is quieter now.
Alex Perez and his staff are 5 star. From the scheduling, assessment, quote and workmanship I could not have been more satisfied. He solved my drainage problem. Alex is honest and reliable.
Great communication, punctual service, and efficient work! The free estimate and thorough analysis were much appreciated, and the final cost came in lower than other quotes we received. Highly recommend this roofing company!
