We looked far and wide for a roofer that would be able to work on our roof, which had solar panels. Alex Perez Roofing was the ONLY company that coordinated the work with the panel removal and installation. His crew and solar sub was very professional and took extra care to make sure the job was done right. Communication was excellent and the back office took care of everything. 10 out of 19 would recommend.
Alex Perez and team helped us with repairing our roof, fixed some roof leaks, repaired dry rot, sealed gutters, and replaced several facia boards. They installed new Roof Valley Flashings to make the water flow efficiently. The entire team work together very well, kept us informed of the findings, gave detailed quotes and sought permission for resolving any additional repairs needed. Wow... my wife and I are so happy we went with Alex Perez Roofing! They have excellent reviews and are A+ rated on the BBB. We had been putting off on a new roof due to the price, hassle and the unknown; dry rot, problems, etc. When it finally came time though, we picked the best. Truly the best of the best. Alex and his team set the bar extremely high! From the very beginning till the end Alex made it easy to do business with. Very professional and overly responsive. They really did not miss a beat! I had my whole roof replaced in Rocklin, CA and I will recommend all friends and family to Alex Perez Roofing. I could go on and on, but save yourself time and stress and call Alex Perez Roofing!
Unfortunately no one ever showed up to look at my roof. No call no show bummer.
