Working with Alex Perez Roofing was a joy from start to finish. Alex's communication was excellent and we were kept up to date every step of the way. His crews and supervisors really knew their jobs and performed them really well. We got a new roof, new gutters and leaf filters as well as some added insulation in our attic. We were beyond satisfied with the results. Getting a new roof is a big investment and we feel our money was well spent with Alex Perez Roofing. I highly recommend them to do the job for you.
They did an outstanding job a lot more work than originally anticipated because there was some previous work Before we bought the house where they had put a fourth layer on the house roof, Alex and his team photographed everything and communicated every step did great work highly recommend
Alex and his crew exceeded my expectations. I was kept well informed on the progress and all of my questions were answered right away. Their price was very competitive and was money well spent. The city building inspector even commented positively about their work. I highly recommend this company!
