Alex and his team replaced our roof and found multiple places of dry rot that needed repair. The roof looks great and Alex had great communication with me and answered all of my questions. They did a great job cleaning up debris and nails afterwards. They also offered great financing options! Thank you Alex!
I called Alex Perez because hen was referred to me by others. I had rain damage after this last storm. As a general contractor myself for 50 years. I was plesently surprised at the work done, by then crew leader Jose and the project manager Daniel, but it all really started with John Picado, the estimater. I would recommend this company with great respect.
I had my commercial roof done by Alex. He was very knowledgeable about my particular type of construction and they ways to fix the problems. It took around a week for a total re roof. I definitely recommend.
We looked far and wide for a roofer that would be able to work on our roof, which had solar panels. Alex Perez Roofing was the ONLY company that coordinated the work with the panel removal and installation. His crew and solar sub was very professional and took extra care to make sure the job was done right. Communication was excellent and the back office took care of everything. 10 out of 19 would recommend.
Alex Perez and team helped us with repairing our roof, fixed some roof leaks, repaired dry rot, sealed gutters, and replaced several facia boards. They installed new Roof Valley Flashings to make the water flow efficiently.
