Terribly costly remodel experience. Supposed to be a licensed plumber, but new shower leaks due to improper installation. Paint on the cabinets and doors peeling. To tear out and replace shower along with new painting will cost more than $25,000 . Urias Cruz has not responded to any of my requests. Am extremely disappointed.
Alex and his crew do really great work. From teh beginning, Alex's attention to detail, calm demeanor, and knowledge really stood out to us. SO glad we trusted Alex to take care of paintin gour home, putting in new floors, reparing our soffits - they did a ton of stuff! Highly recommend.

Run! Hide! The worst contractor EVER! Said he knew how to install flooring but ruined the install. Said he’d fix the poor install and just made it worse. Doesn’t know what they are doing period. Paid for full interior paint job to include wall prep (fix holes or any other cosmetic issues) they painted over screws in the wall didn’t patch areas that needed to be fixed just painted over that too.
