Working with Alex's was a real pleasure. Stopped by on a Saturday and got an estimate 30% lower than my previous bid from one of those national chains. He had one of his guys spend a few minutes bending my bumper back that day to make it look halfway normal at no charge which was great. Ended up leaving a deposit for the part on Sat and returning on Wednesday to have the work performed. Alex did a great job on our dents and fixed our headlights that kept burning out all the time. They are awesome and take real good care of their clients.
Alex runs a nice business. I went to him for paintless dent repair on a nasty deep door ding. He was honest and told me the pros and cons of doing the "cheaper" fix which was my preference. I opted for it and he quoted me the most reasonable price of anyone I checked with. Did the work in one day and was very patient to explain things. He and his staff go overboard to please and satisfy their customers. I would definitely go to him again (though I hope I don't have to). Thanks ALEX!!
