Alex Moving Company and Storage of San Bernardino is ok however, I was not impressed in the least little bit. The sales agent made promises to us and that communication would be key in the move process. This was not the case. Our move from California to Florida was stressful to say the least. We did all the packing to where the loaders came out for the California part was ok. The we found out the Drivers for North American Van lines changed somewhere during the move. If you store something there ....... I will never forget that they damaged what I stored there when they moved it . They absolutely have no regard for your belongings. Years ago now . But will Never forget.

I moved from California to North Alabama last week and things could not have gone any easier. Alex Moving was excellent. Raquel handled everything. She was through and clearly communicated everything every step of the way. I truly hope that the owner realizes what a great asset she is to the company. Additionally, my driver Elliott was amazing.
