We cannot recommend Alex and his team highly enough! From beginning to end, they went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a realtor. Their expertise, dedication, professionalism, and exceptional negotiation skills made all the difference in what was a particularly complicated real estate transaction. What truly sets Alex and Rick apart is that he is so much more than a realtor. We encountered challenging permitting and City-related issues with our property, and Alex stepped in to help us navigate the proc... read more
A knowledgeable real estate professional who understands the market and puts clients first.

His insights on renovation costs and timelines helped us see t... read more
