Spencer and Trey came to fix a few things today including my toilet upstairs. They were so professional and nice. They let me know exactly what they were doing and what was completed. They even took their boots off every time they were in and out of the door, which was a lot. My plumbing issues are completely resolved and I could not recommend McCoy plumbing more.

McCoy s have done multiple plumbing repairs for me in the past on my rental properties the work was done well and the price was always fair.This time l had them come over to my house to repair my furnace Pat and Samatha came over and did the job faster than expected it was a big job putting in a heat exchanger the bill was about $400 less than the Quote could not be happier with the service.

Mediocre work. Plumbers left a mess and lots of dirty hand prints on the wall, and took forever to do a very simple job - replacing 2 ball valves. Insurance company said it would be covered, which it wasn't, and McCoy charge $900+ for two 1/4" ball valves! McCoy was also sketchy around billing...slipped in an extra invoice that I didn't agree to or was aware of, for travel time to my home. Threatened to go to Collections if I didn't pay there sneaky second bill without discussing the discrepancy with me.

**Beware of dishonesty from this business who tried to take advantage of a timeline as you are about a month away from changing home ownership** Not only have they have created the red flag in the first place but they said they will remove the red flag if we get certain things done to our basement.
