Alex holds such a sweet and caring space for people in her work. I reached out to her at a time when I was seriously struggling with chronic headaches/fatigue post-covid. Her presence, grounding touch and support really helped me get through that challenging time and aided me in my healing journey. I started seeing Alex when I was around 14 weeks pregnant and went monthly, and I have continued to see her, more recently for the grief of losing a parent. Every time I walk into her office I am immediately met with peace and I feel my body relax. Alex is absolutely amazing, your needs are her focus so whatever you want to work on or whatever does not feel right, she wants to know. I have chronic anxiety and muscle tension, and done regular massages before, but that didn't prepare me for how great Alex's craniosacral therapy would be! I've done 2 sessions with Alex so far and both times left feeling dramatically more relaxed and with improvements in my nervous system. Alex is incredibly thoughtful and supportive and explains some of the science behind her work. Highly recommend!

Alex is gifted beyond words. Receiving Craniosacral Therapy from her nourishes the heart and soul. It transforms. She shows up consistently for the challenging and compassionate practice of connecting deeply with herself, and this transmitted through her presence and touch. I highly recommend Alex to anyone.
